Volunteer Waiver & Release of Liability 

By participating in any cleanup activity organized by this organization, volunteers acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Participation is voluntary and at the individual’s own risk.
  
  

• Cleanup activities may involve physical exertion and exposure to outdoor conditions.
  
  

• The volunteer releases the organization, its organizers, and partners from liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during participation, except where prohibited by law.
  
  

• Volunteers agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions.
  
  

• The organization may use photos or videos taken during events for noncommercial promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
  
  

Participation constitutes acceptance of this waiver.
